The Brooklyn
3 oz, Makers Mark, Blantons or your favorite Bourbon Whisky
2 dashes bitters
Add ingredients to a mixing glass 1/2 filled with ice.
Shake hard to break cubes.
Let stand in mixing glass for 30 seconds and strain into a martini glass.
No garnish.

Devil's Poison
1 oz. Jack Daniels
1 oz. 151 Bacardi Rum
Fill a shaker with ice
pour the Jack Daniels and 151 Bacardi Rum into shaker and shake.
Strain into a shot glass.

Dizzy Lizzie
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
1 1/2 oz. Sherry
Lemon Juice
Sparkling Water or Club Soda
Combine the bourbon, sherry and lemon juice in a collins glass filled with ice
stir and fill with sparkling water or club soda.

Eclipse
1 1/2 oz. Irish Whisky
Seltzer Water
Orange Slice
Pour the irish whisky over a highball glass filled with ice
fill with seltzer water and garnish with an orange slice.

Highball
2 oz. Whiskey
Soda or Ginger Ale
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Whiskey.
Fill with Soda / Ginger Ale

Highland Fling
1 1/2 oz. Scotch
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Dashes of Orange Bitters
Green Olive
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
shake and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass.
Garnish with a green olive

Dublin Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
1/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth

dash Angostura Bitters (optional)
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain into a Cocktail glass.
Garnish - Maraschino Cherry

Lynchburg Lemonade
Fill a collins glass with ice.
1 oz.Jack Daniels
1/2 oz.Triple Sec
1 oz. Sweet & Sour
Fill with 7up
Stir Well

New Yorker
2 oz. Whiskey
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Sugar Syrup
1/2 tsp. Grenadine
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Mix well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

RazzMaTazz
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Chambord
Club Soda or Sparkling Water
Pour vodka and chambord into a collins glass filled with ice, fill with club soda and stir.

Whiskey Sour
Fill a rocks glass with ice, and build in the glass.
1 oz. Whiskey
2 oz. Sweet & Sour
Marachino Cherry
Add a lemon twist

Rob Roy
AKA - Scotch Manhattan
1 1/2 oz. Scotch
1/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Combine in a shaker with ice.
Strain into a Cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry.
Can also be served on ice in a Rocks Glass and built right in the glass.

Dry Rob Roy:
- substitute Sweet Vermouth for Dry Vermouth garnish with an Olive.
Perfect Rob Roy:
Use a 1/4 oz. of both Sweet and Dry Vermouth garnish with a lemon twist

Voodoo Daiquiri
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Everclear or Vodka
4 oz. Grape Juice
1 cup Crushed ice
Combine Bourbon, Vodka, grape juice and ice into a blender
blend at a medium speed until smooth (15 to 25 seconds).
Pour into a chilled hi-ball or Collins glass.
Should be served in a plastic cup while in the French Quarter.
