What the Hell
Cheer yourself up when you are at a loose end, or when everything seems to have gone wrong, with this simple but delicious concoction.
serves 1
4-6 cracked ice cubes dash of lime juice
1 measure gin
1 measure apricot brandy
1 measure dry vermouth
twist of lemon peel, to decorate
Put the cracked ice cubes into a mixing glass. Dash the lime juice over the ice pour in the gin, apricot brandy and vermouth. Stir well to mix. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass decorate with a twist of lemon peel.
