1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Tequila (optional)
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz.Sweet & Sour
Top with Coke
In a Collins Glass with Ice
-Garnish with a lemon twist

Bay Breeze


1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
-Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.

Sea Breeze


1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
-Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.


Black Russian


2 oz.Vodka
1 oz.Kahlua
Add Coke
-Combine ingredients in a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Stir.

Bloody Mary


1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
2 drops Worcestershire
2 drops Tabasco
Salt & Pepper to taste
Fill with Tomato Juice
-Combine in a Collins glass filled with ice. Stir Well Garnish with a lime squeeze, and celery stick.

Blue Hawain


1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/4 oz. Creme de Coconut
3 - 4 oz. Pineapple Juice
-On the Rocks - Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Mix well and strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
Blended - Combine with a scoop of ice in an electric mixer. Mix well (15 - 20 sec). Pour into collins.

Cosmopolitan


1 1/2oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec
3/4 oz. Cranberry Juice
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
-Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
Strain into a cockail glass, and Garnish with a lime squeeze.

Brass Monkey


1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Galliano
4 oz. Orange Juice
-Combine the vodka, rum and orange juice into a highball glass filled with ice and stir well.
Pour the galliano over the back of a teaspoon so that the galliano floats on top.

Cape Cod

1oz. Vodka
Cranberry Juice
Lime Wedge
In a Highball glass with ice add vodka.
Fill with cranberry juice.
Squeeze Lime and drop in the glass.

Chi chi


1 1/2oz. Vodka
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender with the ice.
Blend 20 - 30 seconds, pour blended mixture into a Collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge

Bullfrog


1 1/
2 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Triple Sec
6 oz. Lemonade or Limeade
Slice Pour the vodka, triple sec and lemonade or limeade into a collins glass filled with ice and stir well.
Garnish with a lemon or lime slice.

Cranberry Christmas Punch


2 Cups Vodka
4 Cups Cranberry Juice
1 1/2 Cups Rose's Lime Juice
2 Cups Water
3 tbsp. Sugar C
ombine all ingredient in a large punch bowl.
Add a large block of ice to keep it all cool.

Lover's Cocktail


Made for Two
3 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Sloe Gin
1/2 tsp. Raspberry or Grenadine Syrup
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Mix gently and serve in two chilled cocktail glasses.

Melon Ball


1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Midori
Orange Juice
Maraschino Cherry
Pour vodka into a collins glass filled with ice, fill almost with orange juice, float midori and stir gently.
Garnish with the maraschino cherry.

Mind Eraser


1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua or Tia Maria)
Club Soda or Sparkling Water
Pour coffee liqueur and vodka into a chilled collins glass, fill with club soda or sparkling water and stir.

This classic shooter is smoother than mud, and much cleaner to drink.

1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Creme
Combine in a rocks glass with ice. Add astraw. Drink quickly through the straw

Woo Woo


Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz Peach Schnapps
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Combine ingredients and shake well, strain into a cocktail shaker.
