Tequila Cocktails

Cadillac Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Gold Tequila
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Lime Juice
Bar Salt
Garnish - Lime Squeeze
Rim a margarita or highball glass with lime and coat with salt. Next, fill the glass with ice and set aside.
In a shaker with ice combine Tequila, Cointreau, & Lime Juice. Shake well a strain into the glass.
Float the Grand Marnier on top, and squeeze the lime and drop it in.

Diablo
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Crème de Cassis
1/2 Lime
Ginger Ale
Fill a rocks glass half full with ice, squeeze the lime over the ice and place the lime into the glass.
Add tequila and crème de cassis, top with ginger ale and stir gently.

Frostbite
2 oz. White Tequilla
1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz. Cream
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and pour into a chilled sour glass.

Gold Rush
1 oz. Gold Tequila
1 oz. Goldschlager
Combine ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Mix well, strain into a shot glass.

Icebreaker
2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Start with a cup of crushed ice in a blender.
Add in all the ingredients.
Blend at low speed for 15 seconds. Strain into a highball or white wine glass.

Margarita
Take a cocktail glass and rub the lime wedge around the rim, dip rim in the salt.

1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime Juice or Sweet & Sour
Bar Salt
Garnish - Lime Squeeze
In a shaker with ice combine Tequila, Triple Sec, & Lime Juice. Shake well a strain into the cocktail glass.

Tequila Sunrise
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
4 - 6 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Orange Slice for garnish
Place 3 - 4 ice cubes in a Collins or Highball glass.
Pour in tequila, then orange juice, and finally the grenadine.
Do not stir, let the grenadine settle to the bottom of the glass.
This will create the "sunrise" effect.
Garnish with an orange slice.
