Bottle Skips - For all your empty bottles.
A bottle skip is a must in any bar or restaurant, for one simple reason; with the volume of bottles sold, regardless of whether they are returnable or nonreturnable, they have to be placed in an appropriate area well out of the way of bar and waiting staff during service.
You could use a bin of course for the nonreturnables to be disposed of at a later time, however if it is a busy night then the bin would need to be changed every 30 minutes to an hour. This would greatly slow down service hindering bar staff and you would have the additional cost of bin bags. It is much more appropriate to use a Bottle Skip.
