Mocha Slush

Mocha Slush
Definitely for people with a sweet tooth, this is a chocoholic's dream and is popular with adults, as well as children.

serves 7

4-6 crushed ice cubes
2 measures coffee syrup
1 measure chocolate syrup
4 measures milk grated chocolate, to decorate

Put the crushed ice cubes into a blender and add the coffee syrup, chocolate syrup and milk. Blend until slushy. Pour into a chilled goblet and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Sweet dreams

Chocomint Slush:

put 4-6 crushed ice cubes into a blender. Add 2 measures chocolate syrup, 1 measure peppermint syrup and 4 measures milk. Blend until slushy. Pour the mixture into a chilled goblet. Decorate with a sprig of fresh mint.

Chocolate Champers:

pour 3 measures chocolate syrup into a tall, chilled glass. Add 3'/2 measures chilled milk and stir well to mix. Top up with soda water and stir vigorously.

Alexander's Daughter:

put 4-6 cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour 1 measure chocolate syrup, 1 measure ginger syrup and 1 measure single cream over the ice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms, then strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with freshly ground nutmeg.

Black Forest:

pour 1 measure chocolate syrup into a small, chilled glass, such as a sherry or liqueur glass. Pour 1 measure cherry syrup on top and then pour in 1 measure double cream.
