After Dark
2 oz. Tia Maria
Cola
Pour tia maria into an old fashioned glass filled with ice, fill with cola and mix.
Alabama Slammer
1 oz. Southern Comfort
1 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
Combine Southern comfort, Amaretto, and Sloe Gin in a shaker with ice. Serve over ice in a Rocks glass or straight up in a Shot Glass.
Amaretto Sour
1 oz. Amaretto
2 oz. Lemon Juice or Sweet & Sour
Orange Slice
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, and strain into a chilled sour glass. Garnish with the orange slice.

1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
Combine in a mixing glass with ice. Swirl ingredients gently and strain into a rocks glass either straight up, (no ice and drunk as a shot) or on the rocks (the glass is filled with ice).
Banshee
1 oz. White Crème de Cacao
1 oz. Crème de Banana
1 oz. Cream
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Brain Hemorrhage
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 tsp. Bailey's Irish Cream
2 drops Grenadine
Pour the Peach Schnapps into a large shot glass.
Slowly add the Bailey's and top with the grenadine.
Dubonnet Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet
Lemon Twist
Add a few ice cubes to a mixing glass. Pour in Dubonnet and Gin. Mix gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist
Fuzzy Navel
1 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
3 oz. Orange Juice
Pour schnapps in a rocks or old fashioned glass filled with ice, Fill with orange juice and stir well.
Grasshopper
1/2oz. Green Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Cream
Combine in a blender with 1 cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds). Serve in a collins glass.
Jagermonster
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1 oz. Jägermeister
1 oz. Grenadine
Fill with Orange Juice
Combine all everything in the mixing glass. Mix well, and serve in a beer mug.
Midori Sour
2 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur
1 oz. Sweet & Sour
Build in a high ball glass filled with ice.
Kahlua Shake
2 oz. Kahlua
3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 cup Milk or Cream
Combine everything in a blender. Mix on high for 30 - 45 seconds. Pour into a tall glass. Serve with a straw and long spoon.
