So many delicious ingredients are available today, that non-alcoholic cocktail really have come into their own. This one has all the kick of an alcoholic Cocktail.

serves 7

4-6 crushed ice cubes
1 small tomato, peeled, deseeded and chopped
1 measure orange juice 2 tsp lime juice
1 spring onion, chopped
1 small, fresh, red chilli, deseeded and chopped
pinch of caster sugar pinch of salt
dash of Tabasco sauce
To decorate slice of lime and a chilli rose

Put the crushed ice, tomato juice, lime juice, spring onion a blender and process until smooth Pour into a chilled glass, and stir in sugar , salt and Tabasco sauce. Decorate with l with a lime slice and a chilli rosette make a rosette, use a sharp knife to make 5 or 6 cuts 1 cm/ 1/2 inch from the stalk to the tip of a long, thin chilli. Variations

Hot Lips:

substitute the flesh of '/2 small avocado for the tomato and a deseeded and chopped green chilli for the red chilli.
