Gin Cocktails

Artillery
2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Bitters
In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the gin, sweet vermouth and bitters and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass

Aviation
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/4 oz. Apricot Brandy
1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur or Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, and strain into a chilled sour glass.

Bermuda Highball
1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
Club Soda or Ginger Ale Pour the brandy, gin and dry vermouth into a highball filled with ice and fill with club soda or ginger ale.

Bronx Cocktail
1 1/2oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
2 oz.Orange Juice
dash Angostura Bitters
Orange Slice for garnish
Combine ingredients (except the orange slice) together in a shaker with ice.
Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, or over ice in an old fashion glass.

Blues
1 ½ ounces Ketel One Vodka
1 ½ ounces Bombay Sapphire Gin
½ ounce Blue Curaco
Orange Twist
Blues Straight Up - Combine the Vodka, Gin and Blue Curaco in a shaker filled with ice, shake, strain into a chilled martini glass and serve with a twist of orange.
Blues On the Rocks - Combine the Vodka, Gin and Blue Curaco in a shaker, stir, pour into a rocks glass filled with ice and serve with a twist of orange.

Cajun
A Bayou Basic
3 ounces Ketel One Vodka or Beefeaters Gin
Glass Coated with Tabasco
½ of a Jalapeno Cajun Straight Up - Combine the Vodka and Jalapeno in a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass coated in Tabasco.

Deep Sea
2 1/2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 teaspoon Pernod
Dash Orange Bitters
Combine the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice, stir and strain into a chilled cocktail or martini glass.

Dubonnet Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet
Lemon Twist
Add a few ice cubes to a mixing glass. Pour in Dubonnet and Gin. Mix gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist

Earthquake
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Whiskey
1 oz. Pernod
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass

Emerald Forest
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/4 oz. Green Crème de Menthe
1/4 oz. White Crème de Menthe
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, stir well and pour into a martini glass.

Emerald Isle Cocktail
2 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Green Crème de Menthe
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Green Maraschino Cherry
Add the gin, crème de menthe and bitters in a shaker filled with ice and stir. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the green maraschino cherry.

Gibson
2 oz. Gin or Vodka
2 drops Dry Vermouth
Garnish with Pearl Onion
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
