It is extremely important that you have the proper cleaning equipment and it is also important to have it well marked, 1 example would be spray bottles for....(are they sanitizer or toilet cleaner), if it isn't marked up on the bottle then who knows, it should then should be thrown out.
Make sure that all the mops and stuff are really well marked for the different areas, this will then inhibit cross contamination, by for example moping the bar with a mop that was used to clean the toilets the night before, its always best to color code the mops and mop heads and designate them a specific area such as, blue for the kitchen and red for the bar and so and so forth.
