If the fairy-story heroine had been knocking back cocktails until the clock strudj midnight, it's hardly surprising that she forgot the time, mislaid her pumpkin and lost her shoe on the way home.

serves 1

4-6 cracked ice cubes
3 measures white rum
1 measure white port
1 measure lemon juice
1 tsp sugar syrup
1 egg white

Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the rum, port, ler>-juice and sugar syrup over the ice anc add the egg white. Shake vigorously until a frost forms and strain into a chilled glass. And they all lived happily ever after

Glass Slipper:

put 4-6 cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour 3 measures gin and 1 measure blue Curacao over the ice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Prince Charming: put 4-6 cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour 2 measures vodka, 1 measure apricot brandy, 1 measure apple brandy and 1 teaspoon lemon juice over the ice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Peter Pan:

put 4-6 cracked ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour 1 measure gin, 1 measure dry vermouth, 1 measure peach brandy and 1 measure orange juice over the ice. Shake until a frost forms. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Tinkerbell:

put 4-6 cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Dash grenadine over the ice, pour in 2 measures vodka; 1 measure cherry brandy and add 1 egg white. Shake vigorously until a frost forms then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
