Champagne Cocktails

A Goodnight Kiss
1 drop Angostura Bitters
1 sugar cube
1 splash Campari
Champagne
Add the bitters to the cube and place in the bottom of a Champagne flute. Add a splash of Campari, and then fill it up with Champagne.

Valencia
2 shots orange juice
1 shot Cointreau
1 tsp sugar
Cava sparkling wine
Add all into a flute glass, and enjoy!

Pink California Sunshine
2 shots orange juice
dash creme de cassis
Champagne
Add the OJ and cassis to a Champagne flute, and then top off with Champagne.

Berry Champagne
1/4 shot Cassis
1/4 shot lemon juice
1 shot raspberry liqueur
2 shots vodka
Champagne
Start with a Champagne flute, add in the cassis, lemon juice and raspberry liqueur, then dump in the vodka for the power.
Now add in Champagne to fill.

Tangerine Dream
1 shot cointreau
1 shot orange juice
Champagne
Add the cointreau (orange flavored liqueur) and orange juice to a Champagne flute. Top off with Champagne.
Admire the gorgeous color, and then drink!

Summers Day
1/2 shot creme de fraise (strawberry liqueur)
1 shot pineapple juice
Champagne
Put the strawberry liqueur and pineapple juice into a Champagne flute.
Add in the Champagne and enjoy!
Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Monte Carlo
1/2 shot white creme de menthe
1/2 shot lemon juice
3/4 shot gin
Champagne
Shake creme de menthe, lemon juice and gin with ice.
Strain into a Champagne flute.
Top off with Champagne, and garnish with a lemon twist.

Skip a beat
1/2 shot rum
1/2 shot gin
1/2 shot vodka
dash lemon juice
dash sprite
dash grenadine
Champagne
Put all ingredients into a flute and then top off with Champagne.

Regatta
1/2 shot Galliano
1/2 shot Triple Sec
1/2 shot lemon juice
1/4 shot vodka
Champagne
Add first four ingredients into a Champagne flute, and then top off with Champagne

D'Artagnan
1/2 shot Armagnac
1/2 shot Grand Marnier
1 shot orange juice
1/2 tsp sugar syrup
Champagne
Put first four ingredients into a Champagne flute. Fill with Champagne. Garnish with an orange twist

Port Side
1/2 shot LBV Port
1/2 shot dark rum
1/4 shot triple sec
Champagne
Add port, rum and triple sec to a glass. Top off with Champagne, and garnish with a tist of orange.

Strawberry Champagne
3/4 shot strawberry brandy
3/4 shot vodka
Champagne
Half fill a Champagne flute with crushed ice.
Add in brandy and vodka, then fill with Champagne.
Garnish with a strawberry.
