Brandy Cocktails

American Beauty
1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/4 oz. Ruby Port
1/4 oz. Grenadine
1 oz. OrangeJuice
Mix everything in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or a highball glass filled with ice.

Apple Delight
1 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy, Calvados, or Apple Jack
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lemon or Lime Juice
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake well and strain into a martini glass.

Between the Sheets
1 oz. Cognac or Brandy
1 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Lemon or Lime Juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker with cracked ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Brandy Alexander
1 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Brown Creme de Cacao
2 oz. Cream
Combine in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.Top with Nutmeg.

Beach Street Cooler
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Curacao
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
Cola
Combine the brandy, curacao and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice, shake and pour into a chilled collins glass. Fill with cold cola and stir well.

Bermuda Highball
1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
Club Soda or Ginger Ale
Pour the brandy, gin and dry vermouth into a highball filled with ice and fill with club soda or ginger ale

Brandy Cassis
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Crème de Cassis
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Lemon Twist
Combine the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass.
Garnish with the lemon twist.

City Slicker
2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Lemon Juice
In a shaker halof filled with ice pour in the Brandy, Triple Sec and Lemon Juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Corpse Reviver
1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Apple Brandy
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the brandy, apply brandy and sweet vermouth and stir well.
Strain into a martini glass.

Depth Bomb
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1 1/2 oz. Calvados or Apple Brandy
1/2 teaspoon Grenadine
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into chilled martini or cocktail glass.

Dream Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
3/4 oz. Cointreau or Triple sec
1/2 teaspoon Anisette
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass.

Delmonico Cocktail
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 lemon twist
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the gin, brandy, vermouths and bitters and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.
