What is it with waiting staff melting the bartenders head, especially the blonde ones.

At the end of the day they are only 18 or 19 and have what 1 or 2 years in the job.

Was out last nite with the fellas and was drinking a fine Merlot vintage that I have been recently introduced to and now my head hurts

Thank God for Pinot Grigio
I was sitting in the bar yesterday sipping on my glass of pinot grigio thinking it was fitting that the wine's name originates from the french word "gris" meaning gray and this matched my mood!

The rain was drilling relentlessly against the massive glass window reminding me that another Irish winter was approaching. All I can say is thank God for drink! ;-)
