Bacardi Cocktail Recipes
Caipirinha | Caprina
50ml Cachaca
1/2 Fresh lime
2 Brown sugar cubes
Cut the lime into eighths and place into a cocktail glass with the sugar cubes and muddle
Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with Cachaca
Stir and serve with a straw
American Flyer
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum,
1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice,
1/2 tsp. Simple Syrup,
Champagne
Combine alll but Champagne with ice in a shaker and shake well,
Strain into chilled Collins
Fill with Champagne.
American Pie
1 1/2 oz, Malibu Rum
3 oz. Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz. 7-up
1 tbsp. Grenadine
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour in Malibu, lime Juice and grenadine top with 7-up (or Sprite),
Stir well.
Bacardi Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light or Gold Rum
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Grenadine
1/2 tsp. Sugar (optional)
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or a highball over ice.
Bahama Mama
Combine the following in a shaker with ice.
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Gold Rum
1/2 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Coconut Liqueur(Malibu is good)
Mix well and strain into the glass.
Fill 1/2 with orange juice & 1/2 with pineapple juice
Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice.
Top with a splash of grenadine
Garnish with a Cherry & Pineapple Wedge
Blue Hawaiian
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Coconut Cream
Can be served straight up, over ice, or blended.
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, and serve in a Collins glass.
Classic Daiquiri
2 oz. Light Rum
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
Lime slice for garnish
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Mix Well and stain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Cuba Libre
1 1/2 oz. Rum
Cola
Lime Squeeze
Rub the rim of a highball glass with the lime. Fill with ice. Add Rum and fill with Cola.
Drop in the Lime squeeze.
Egg Nog
3 Cups Gold Rum
1 Cup Dark Rum
2 Quarts Half & Half
1 Cup Sugar
12 Eggs
4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Nutmeg
In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs until light.
Add the sugar, then the half & half, rums, and vanilla.
Cover and chill over night.
Take out of fridge about 1/2 hour before serving.
Serves 20
Hurricane
Collins glass. Fill with ice.
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
1 /2 oz. Lime Juice
Garnish with a lime squeeze, cherry, pineapple spear,
Mix in a shaker and strain into a cocktail glass
Long Island Iced Tea
In a Collins Glass with Ice
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Tequila (optional)
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz.Sweet & Sour
Top with Coke
Garnish with a lemon twist
Mojito
1 1/2oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
3-4 Mint Leaves
Club Soda
Combine lime juice, mint and sugar in a Collins or highball glass.
Stir gently to bruise the mint.
Fill glass 3/4 with ice.
Add the rum.
Top with soda. Stir well.
Pina Colada
1 1/2oz. Light Rum
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender with the ice.
Blend 20 - 30 seconds, pour blended mixture into a Collins glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge
Wake the Dead
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Gold Rum
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 tsp. 151 Rum
1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
1 cup Crushed Ice Garnish, Orange Slice and Maraschino Cherry
In a blender, combine all ingredients except the 151 with crushed ice.
Blend at a high speed until smooth and pour into a Collins glass.
Float the 151 rum on top and garnish with the orange slice and maraschino cherry.
